Who we are

North of Now is a strategic consultancy based in South Africa, operated by Michelle Labuschagne. We help early-stage founders move from reactive decisions to clear, strategic choices they can execute.

When you submit the enquiry form on our website, we collect:

We do not collect any information passively (no cookies, no analytics tracking, no pixel tracking).

• Respond to your enquiry
• Determine whether we are a good fit to work together

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties. We do not add you to any mailing lists without your explicit consent.

How we store your information

Enquiry submissions are delivered directly to our email inbox via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email provider. Your data is not stored in any database. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
